Main Job Function

Provide on-going online listening and alerting for the client
-
Manage and organize media monitoring data for accuracy
-
Assist in providing in-depth reputation and reports for the client
Responsibilities
-
To monitor online news and social media conversations about the client, its competitors, and the industry
-
To provide timely alerts to the client of potential reputational risks
-
To manage and maintain the accuracy and organization of media monitoring data, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and storage for efficient analysis to support reputation management initiatives.

To deliver end-of-day listening activity reports and facilitate calls to ensure seamless shift handovers
-
To assist in gathering relevant data for reputation analysis and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives
-
To assist in basic quality checks under guidance to ensure data relevance
-
To regularly collaborate with the Paris Reputation Management Team.
-
To ensure the accurate and up-to-date management of internal trackers by regularly updating data
-
To provide the Lead with detailed insights and constructive feedback on the performance, progress, and areas for improvement of the trainee or new hire
-
To coordinate with Lead and escalate issues according to a predefined process
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a relevant field
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in media monitoring, reputation management, or public relations
-
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
-
Proven experience with media monitoring platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Onclusive, Storyclash, etc)
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret diverse information from multiple sources
-
Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and actionable insights
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
-
Basic Knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and streamline tasks.

Basic knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack)
-
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
-
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
-
Demonstrates accountability by taking responsibility for actions, decisions, and outcomes

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality results
