Traffic Manager
The Traffic Manager ensures the smooth and timely flow of media asset projects across teams by planning capacity, assigning resources, and monitoring deadlines from brief to delivery. The role is central to operational efficiency for a key account of the agency, covering thousands of TV, digital, and social media assets across a portfolio of brands, often involving complex CGI production.
Job Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize incoming work based on capacity, deadlines, and production complexity,

This involves tracking workload, forecasting capacity, and anticipating resource needs,
-
Assign projects and tasks according to skills & availability,
-
Monitor project progress and pipelines for the production team, using Jira as the main tool for tracking,
-
Resolve technical bottlenecks in partnership with the Head of Production,
-
Resolve potential delays in timelines by proactively working with the Project Management team and operations leads,
-
Escalate high risk issues to the operations lead when necessary,
-
Ensure briefs, assets, and technical information of individual projects are complete before production starts,
-
Report on workload, delivery performance, and operational metrics,
-
Continuously work with the rest of the team leads to improve workflow and planning processes,
-
Cascade useful information to the production team.
Qualifications
-
Experience in traffic, production, or project coordination roles in an agency or production environment,
-
Experience working on media assets and multi-brand environments,
-
Familiarity with complex CGI or post-production pipelines,
-
Experience working with distributed or international teams,
-
Strong organizational and planning skills,
-
Excellent communication and coordination abilities,
-
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously,
-
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude,
-
Solid understanding of media production workflows (TV, digital, social),
-
Familiarity with CGI production constraints and timelines,
-
Proficient in Jira,
-
Attention to detail and deadline-driven,
-
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume environments,

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Team Scope
Our post production team is located in France and The Philippines. You will be responsible for the FR Traffic.

Manage and balance the workload of a France-based team
-
Ensure smooth and continuous collaboration with the Philippine Traffic Manager

Collaborate with Traffic Managers in the broader French team when needed
-
Multicultural background preferred to facilitate cross-country collaboration
Work set-up and working hours:
- 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
