MISSION
Lead and elevate the 87seconds Belgium creative studio — shaping its creative vision, strengthening its processes, and rebuilding a high-performing team culture. As both a studio leader and hands-on creative mind, you will contribute to the agency’s ongoing transformation by driving concept development, ensuring design excellence, and building a scalable, collaborative and future-ready creative structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership & Concept Development

Think and develop strong, insight-driven creative concepts for campaigns, pitches, social content, CRM, and high-volume digital ecosystems.

Be an active creative voice in recommendations for Carrefour Belgium and other strategic clients.

Elevate the quality of all outputs through clear direction, constructive feedback, and an obsession for craft.
Studio Management & Team Growth

Lead, structure and upskill the our studio team (designers, motion, art direction).

Manage workload planning, prioritization and timelines with the Paris traffic manager.

Build a collaborative culture & ecosystem between our Business Units in Brussels, Paris, and the Philippines, securing smooth workflow on complex, multi-market, high-volume projects.

Promote an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset within the teams, encouraging initiative-taking and the pursuit of smart, pragmatic solutions
Operational Excellence & Agency Development

Develop further the agency’s creative positioning by cultivating a strong, distinctive, and impactful vision to stand out in a highly competitive market

Participate actively in the building of the creative studio in Brussels: recruiting, structuring processes, and defining new ways of working.

Optimize end-to-end creative workflows (design, execution, production) to boost efficiency and consistency.

Monitor time spent and resource allocation, working hand in hand with the account team as true besties.
Quality & Delivery

Guarantee excellence in execution across all formats: campaigns, social-first assets, motion, web design, CRM, adaptations, etc.

Ensure brand consistency and visual alignment across all touchpoints.
Collaboration & Influence

Work closely with the Artistic Director to jointly elevate our creative output.

Contribute to new business efforts through inspiring presentations and creative leadership.
KEY SKILLS

Strong creative leadership with the ability to both inspire teams and be hands-on in concept development.

Proven experience managing and growing a creative studio or design-led team.

Excellent eye for brand consistency, craft and detail across all formats.

Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, production workflows and multi-market delivery models.

Confident communicator with business, strategic and production stakeholders.

Experience in pitches and strategic creative implementation..
