The Accounts Payable Analyst ensures accurate invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation in NetSuite. They manage supplier transactions, purchase order matching, and payment issue resolution, while maintaining mailbox inquiries and vendor communications. They also oversee bank data reconciliation and purchase order tracking to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Invoice Verification

• Receive and collect supplier invoices - Analyze, validate, and upload transactions into NetSuite, and contact the vendor if revisions are needed.

• Invoice Processing

• Post transactions into NetSuite following subsidiary specific guidelines

• Process purchase order transactions into NetSuite following the three-way match,

• Manually bill expense invoices, and enter and apply credit notes. 

• Invoice Issue Resolution

• Revise and resolve purchase order related issues with suppliers and project managers; this includes following through with the purchase order approval workflow and revision requests for invoices with PO discrepancies.

• Mailbox Management

• Manage subsidiary specific mailboxes,

• Handle supplier and project manager concerns related to their transactions. Issues include payment concerns, vendor account reconciliation, vendor profile amendments, and general inquiries.

• Bank Data Reconciliation

• Monitor and post transactions related to open direct debit and check related transactions downloaded from subsidiary banks.

• Purchase Order Reconciliation

• Analyze purchase orders on a monthly basis,

• Coordinate with project managers and PO creators to either match the open PO to an invoice or to close the PO.

• Perform related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of any business course,

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in the same field,

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly adaptable,

• Good and effective communication skills,

• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in any kind of working condition.

• 10:00AM - 7:00pm PHT Monday to Friday
