Editorial Project Manager

Working as part of our Reputation Management team, in charge of producing daily press reviews for our key clients, the Editorial Project Manager will:

- Oversee editorial selection (news from print, web, social media sources etc.) and topics to be covered.

- Manage and coordinate teams of writers.

- Manage schedules and ensure timely delivery.

- Ensure that all content produced complies with the client-defined editorial strategy (tone, style, organization, formatting, etc.).

- Optimize and adapt processes as they are implemented.

- Contribute to formalizing and documenting the entire editorial strategy as a reference guide for all editors.


From time to time, the Editorial Project Manager may be called upon to work with the department in charge of producing ad hoc studies or podcasts for the customer, to align and standardize deliverables.



- Diploma from journalism or communications school, business school or equivalent.

- Curious, the Editorial Project Manager should have a good general knowledge of the digital world. His or her sense of analysis and synthesis, as well as his or her writing skills, enable him or her to make a direct contribution to the organization and management of deliverables, as well as to the quality of their content.

- Working with a wide range of stakeholders, the Editorial Project Manager is diplomatic with good interpersonal skills. Their organizational skills enable them to support the defined editorial strategy and manage the content to be produced for the project.

- Languages: native English, bilingual French, mastery of a 3rd language (German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese) appreciated.
