Reputation Management Project Manager M/F

The Reputation Management Project Manager will support our clients in monitoring and analysing their visibility across the reputational ecosystem (including through media, social media, forums and other public opinion sources).

Reporting to the Reputation Management Director, the Reputation Management Project Manager will:

  • Oversee operational monitoring activities through the coordination of international teams, ensuring optimal coverage of key variables and quality control of deliverables
  • Provide an overview of reputational information, evaluate risk levels and identify any areas of risk
  • Work with the rest of the team to manage and present reputation reports
  • Define parameters and optimise monitoring tools, identifying relevant information
  • Manage partner agencies and client relations with regard to development, sustainability and mastery

Profile:

 

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in project management for monitoring projects or social media community management
  • Experience with social listening tools (understanding of Boolean logic, categorisation settings and dashboard creation) and social media management platforms
  • A strong interest in brand reputation and communications
  • Excellent understanding of social media and the media ecosystem
  • A curious mind for analysing and drawing insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An organised, determined, flexible and rigorous character capable of working independently and
    as part of a team
  • Fluent level of English compulsory and another language highly appreciated
  • Educated to postgraduate level  

 

Conditions:

  • Permanent contract based in Levallois Perret (92)
  • Salary depending on experience

  • Full time, 35 hours weekly
