SEO Senior expert

 

Objectives:

The SEO Senior expert supports our international clients to increase their visibility on search engines. They are in charge of:

Performing and monitoring SEO optimisation actions (strategy, technical, editorial, link building, etc.)

  •  Organising and coordinating all aspects of projects: the SEO team, clients, CDP and sales
  • Calling for tenders
  •  Setting up KPIs related to referencing and usage criteria
  •  Using data to propose new areas of optimisation or development
  •  Keeping up to date with the latest developments in SEO, as well as web marketing in general, and implementing them
  •  Evolving the team’s deliverables and expertise
  •  Promoting SEO internally
  •  Creating synergies between the in-house teams (both in Italy and internationally)


Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the Director of the SEO/SEA department, your main tasks will include:
• Identifying relevant international SEO solutions based on client objectives and trends according to search engine and market
• Actively participating in the pre-project phase, implementation and project management
• Proposing a defined strategy and implementing it
• Analysing issues (technical, editorial and strategic) and supporting clients
• Coordinating international deployment: phasing, as well as briefing multilingual and local teams
• Monitoring and analysing performance of major accounts
• Increasing the team’s expertise
• Optimising existing processes

Profile:
• University graduate with a master’s degree
• 5 years min. SEO experience
• Fluent in English. An additional language would also be welcomed
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Someone proactive and enthusiastic, who has an eye for detail and can work independently
• Possess an inquisitive mind, with a taste for innovation and challenges
• Ability to analyse and understand business issues
• Excellent knowledge of SEO and Analytics tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, OnCrawl, Botify, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio etc.
