Digital Marketing Manager (Media Buy, HK, China & South East Asia Market)

Hong Kong, Hong Kong | Webmarketing | Full-time | Partially remote



  • Manage our client’s online acquisition channels including Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tencent and Baidu networks
  • Develop, execute, and manage media buy and digital marketing strategies and objectives
  • Prepare media plan, budget summary and execute advertisement campaign with reports
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of different media channels and programs in order to optimize strategy and monetise ROI
  • Drive media buy initiatives and content across social channels
  • Strategize and execute programs to grow and engage audiences and followers
  • Develop brand awareness and increase engagement by developing and designing strong content strategies
  • Work with channel partners to implement category promotion strategies as well as brand promotional strategies and define a multi-channel communication strategy & communication content, including but not limited to eDM, APP push, Social Media etc. to maximise the promotional impact 


  • Degree holder in Marketing or equivalence
  • Minimum 4 years' digital marketing relevance working experience, prior digital marketing exposure within eCommerce / FMCG will be an advantageous
  • Knowledge in Google AdWords, Facebook ad manager is a must
  • Experiences in handling social media projects for HK, CN & SEA markets
  • Demonstrably understanding of how to use market insight to create compelling propositions
  • Data analysis experience to track ROI activities
  • Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese) in both spoken and written
  • Self-motivated, attention to details with strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with different levels of people
  • Good negotiation, motivation, strategic and leadership skills to drive success and create win-win solutions
