HR Supervisor

Responsibilities

  1. Compensation & Benefits

    1. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the team ensuring payroll timeliness and accuracy.

    2. Monitors compliance with approved timekeeping and payroll policies and procedures.

    3. Implements processes relative to mandatory government benefits and company benefits such as leave monitoring, company loan, provident fund, etc. 

    4. In collaboration with Management, Finance and other departments that may be involved, develops, tests, and implements new and/or updated system processes and improvements as assigned.

    5. Generates related timekeeping, payroll and benefits data and reports as needed.

 

  1. Administration and Facilities Management

    1. Oversees completion and compliance of office documentations to all concerned government agencies. 

    2. Oversees and provides support in office inspections, repairs, renovations, etc. ensuring health, safety and comfort of employees. Training & Development

 

  1. HR Services

    1. Implements day-to-day HR Services with the team ensuring timely response to employee concerns. 

    2. Generates related HR services data and report/s as needed.

 

  1. HR Platforms & Tools

    1. Oversees regular updating (change / deletion) of information in all platforms and tools used by the HR team such as HRIS, payroll trackers or system, etc.

    2. Generates identified company-wide data and reports on a timely manner such as turnover rate, KPI related data, etc.

    3. Administers data analysis from generated reports and provides recommendations for changes and improvements. 

 

  1. Employee Relations

    1. Leads in developing strategies, budgeting, and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement in the organization. 

    2. Oversees the delivery of the organization’s calendar of activities such as town hall meetings, team buildings, anniversaries, etc. 

    3. Oversees the implementation and compliance of management and employees in the company’s corporate policies, processes and procedures. 

    4. Communicate effectively with management and employees policies, processes and procedures to create a positive working environment and address worker grievances or complaints.

    5. Manage grievances or complaints as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to contract policies and completion of resolution procedures. 

 

  1. General Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Recommends and implements improvement to processes, procedures, policies and workflow to create efficiencies to relative functions assigned to him/her.

    2. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices in the assigned HR facets.

    3. Supervises a team responsible with HR facets assigned to his/her function. Hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines and recommends dismissal of team member/s as necessary. Adjusts workloads as necessary.  

    4. Acts as Office Manager for Cebu office.   

    5. Create and present KPI reports.

    6. Perform related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration and the like.

  2. 5 years of proven working experience as HR Generalist. Preferably with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Administration and Labor Relations.

  3. Preferably with at least 2 years experience in handling HR Services and HRIS.

  4. Familiarity in organizational psychology, labor market surveys, benefits and incentives.  

  5. Experience in project management, budgeting and people management.

  6. Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities with conflict resolution experience.

  7. Strong decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  8. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

  9. Strong consistency and attention to details.

  10. Extensive knowledge in any HRIS tool and MS Office.

  11. Ability to function in a global team environment.

  12. Open to a multicultural work environment.



Work set-up and working hours:

  • 10:00AM - 7:00 PM PHT Monday to Friday
