YOUR MISSION: WRITE, CREATE & INNOVATE
As our Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in crafting smart, engaging, and impactful content for digital and social-first campaigns. From punchy social media copy to CRM storytelling, to digital and 360 campaigns, you’ll turn insights into words that connect. You won’t just write—you’ll think, create, and collaborate, working closely with our Creative Lead, Art Directors, designers, producers and the rest of the team to develop ideas that cut through the noise. And because we like to work smart, you’ll also use AI tools to optimize the copywriting process, and push creativity further.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Write with impact, from social media posts to newsletters, digital campaigns, influencer activations and more, your words will make a difference.
- Think beyond words: you’re not just a writer, you’re a conceptual thinker, coming up with big ideas and collaborating with Art Directors to bring them to life.
- And think digital-first: you understand the nuances of digital and social platforms and create content that’s native, engaging, and platform-optimized.
- Work smart with AI: you already use AI tools to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and optimize copywriting.
- Stay ahead of trends: you’re plugged into digital culture, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
- Collaborate and co-create: whether brainstorming with other creatives, designers, producers or accounts, you’re a team player who thrives on creative exchange.
- Ensure quality and consistency: you maintain a strong brand voice, clear messaging, and meticulous attention to detail across all projects, working with both local and international B2B and B2C brands.
- Report to Creative Lead for the creative part and to the Business Director in Belgium for the day-to-day activities.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A talented copywriter with 5+ years of experience, fluent in ideation, writing and execution.
- You’re a native French speaker with strong English skills—and if you can also understand, write, and speak Dutch, even better!
- A natural storyteller: you love playing with words, crafting narratives, and making content engaging.
- Curious, passionate, and solution-driven: you thrive on new ideas, trends, and innovations.
- Tech-savvy & AI-proficient: beyond AI tools, you’re comfortable with Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Jira—but more importantly, you’re curious and open to using them efficiently.
- A team player with a positive mindset: you enjoy collaborating, sharing, and building fresh work together.

THE RECRUITMENT JOURNEY
- Round 1: First chat with our recruiter: a casual 60-minute online chat to talk about your experience, passions, and what drives you. We’ll also tell you more about 87seconds and why we think you’ll love it here.
- Round 2: Meet & Greet at 87seconds: a 60–90 minutes face-to-face session with our leadership team in Brussels. We’ll dive deeper into your fit for the role, how you see yourself contributing, and answer any questions you have. If the energy’s right, you’ll also get to meet our Global Creative Director.
- Round 3: Case presentation: if we’re both excited to move forward, you’ll receive a small take-home case to show us your thinking, creativity, and approach.
- Round 4: Team compatibility check: a final chat with HR and a meet & greet with potential teammates to ensure the vibe, working styles, and team spirit align.
