YOUR MISSION: MANAGE, GUIDE AND GROW
As our Account Director, you’ll be the go-to person for some of our key clients, managing projects with efficiency, precision, and a sharp business mindset. You’ll lead a major retail account (80%) while also overseeing other clients (20%), ensuring seamless execution across digital and social-first campaigns. You’re a natural entrepreneur—always spotting opportunities, anticipating needs, and driving business forward. You know how to motivate teams, create a positive work environment, and bring out the best in people. You thrive in challenging environments, balancing strategy, creation, execution, and strong client management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be the trusted partner for your clients: understand their business inside-out, challenge them when needed, help them shine and build long-term relationships.
- Deliver projects, planning and budgets with precision and efficiency for local and international B2B and B2C brands.
- Keep an eye on the bigger picture: anticipate needs, propose solutions, and drive business growth opportunities for your clients but also ensure everyone—clients, colleagues, and other parties involved—stays informed about the project's progress.
- Manage clients’ profitability & financial monitoring: track budgets, ensure project profitability, and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with the right tools to keep things running smoothly: Jira, Google Suite, Notion, AI-powered solutions, and more. You don’t have to be an expert, just open to using them efficiently.
- Coach, empower & elevate your small team of Accounts, giving them guidance, structure, and room to progress every day.
- Work hand-in-hand with creative & production teams: collaborate with the Creative Lead, production teams, and other experts to deliver top-quality work.
- Balance strategy & execution: align big-picture thinking with flawless execution down to the last detail.
- Give your projects and clients the visibility they deserve: work with the teams to prepare relevant press releases and ensure they get published. You’ll also collaborate with other experts to build strong case studies that highlight the impact of your work.
- Report to the Business Director for the business and for the day-to-day activities.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A curious and passionate Account with 6+ years of experience, with direct team management experience (Accounts & Digital/Social PM profiles).
- You're a native French speaker and fluent in Dutch and English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both clients and the team.
- Digital & social-first mindset: you understand digital ecosystems, social platforms, content and influencer marketing, but you're also comfortable handling offline projects.
- Experience with retail and international accounts is a plus, but not a must.
- You’re a strong leader and know how to motivate, give feedback, and create a positive work environment.
- A natural problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset: you don’t just identify challenges—you find smart solutions fast and make things happen.
- Calm under pressure, fast on execution: you can juggle multiple projects while keeping quality top-notch.

- Round 2: Meet & Greet at 87seconds: a 60–90 minutes face-to-face session with our leadership team in Brussels. We’ll dive deeper into your fit for the role, how you see yourself contributing, and answer any questions you have.
- Round 3: Case presentation: if we’re both excited to move forward, you’ll receive a small take-home case to show us your skills, thinking and approach.
- Round 4: Team compatibility check: a final chat with HR and a meet & greet with potential teammates to ensure the vibe, working styles, and team spirit align.
