Reporting to: Senior QA Specialist

Quality Assurance Intern

The Quality Assurance Intern is in charge of audit/QA tasks, monthly alerts, and digital updates such as website and social media reviews, and Ad hoc tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Execution of website testing on mobile phone and desktop,
• Assist on ad-hoc or other tasks related to Quality Assurance,
• Bug reporting through MS Office and screenshots,
• Maintaining and updating internal trackers (ticket status or other requirements),
• Must actively take part on trainings, daily calls, and monthly meetings set by the team lead.

Qualifications

• Currently taking up Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field,
• Knows Manual or Basic QA,
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Google Suite,
• Good oral and written communication skills,
• Good time management skills,
• Strong consistency and attention to detail.

Work set-up and working hours:

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PHT Monday - Friday
• Must be willing to work on-site as required by his/her lead or supervisor
