Job Responsibilities

• Handle multiple clients of Datawords Global involving order to cash processes.
• Check and update information on clients’ profile in NetSuite.
• Check and validate Sales Orders as to correctness of details and completeness of supporting documents.
• Responsible in preparation and issuances of Sales Invoices to all clients
• Ensure proper application of necessary taxes per Invoice and subsidiary involved
• Responsible for sending of invoices to all clients through email and other  prescribed platforms.
• Collaboration and communication with sales team for any issues,  concerns, or discrepancies arise on the created Sales Orders vis a viz  issued invoices.
• Alignment and reconciliation with Sales Team and Clients to ensure  correctness of the details in the projects or billings.
• Responsible for reconciliation of actual billings with the clients with  respect to the pre-determined plans/budgets set by the clients
• Responsible for the preparations and issuances of Credit Notes on  invoices which are validated to be for cancellation.
• Monitoring of all past due invoices of the Clients globally.
• Regular preparation and sending of Statement of Accounts to all Clients globally.
• Ensure on time collections of due Invoices.
• Ensure correct application of payments/collections to the proper Invoice involved.
• Preparation and submission of regular Invoicing Reports to include  updates in collections and status of receivables, and aging report,  among others.
• Assistance in ad hoc tasks as may be necessary

Qualification

• Must be a graduate of any business course
• Fresh graduate or having at least a minimum of a year experience in the same field
• Keen into details, analytical, highly adaptable
• Must have good and effective communication skills
• Must possess high level of positive professional attitude and integrity in any kind  of working condition

Work set-up and working hours:

• 10:00AM - 7:00PM PHT Monday to Friday
