We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our clients. You will be dedicated to making our clients stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth with our digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business leads for the company via different channels/network (including networking events) and organize meeting with them
• Research on market and industry trends and creation of efficient sales presentation or marketing recommendation
• Develop a solid network with potential customers to build trust while identifying potential new project
• Nurture and expand the existing customer portfolio and enhancing their loyalty
• Meet with existing or prospective clients to assess their need for digital sector
• Prepare sales pitch and contract with support of development team
• Negotiate and launch contracts, focusing from middle management to executive level
• Manage records of sales, revenue, invoicing, third-parties providers and other related data

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant sales/working experience for international agencies in digital production
• Willing to work in an international environment and for international clients
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/digital/marketing and related disciplines
• Solid connections in retail/fashion/hospitality/financial industry
• Experience in marketing is a plus
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills
• Driven for chasing new client, with existing client network and proven sales record
• An approachable, confident, courteous, and effective communicator
• Able to establish strong rapport with clients and colleagues
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mind-set, a natural sense for delivering high quality service and a solid business acumen while enjoy working in small teams where all knowledge and resources are shared
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Experience in photo editing software, CRM integration and chatbot is a plus, but the capability of learning new skills fast is more important
