Job Description / 岗位描述:

  1. Develop new customers through different channels to expand the company’s business and improve the performance;

        通过不同渠道发展新客户,拓展公司业务,提高业绩;

  1. Conduct researches and analysis on the market and industry trend, as well as preparation for sales presentation materials (PPT, company brochures, etc.);

        进行市场和行业趋势的调查分析,准备销售展示材料(PPT,公司手册等);

  1. Maintain cooperation and relationships with existing customers and identify their new needs;

        维护与现有客户的合作和关系,发现他们的新需求;

  1. Manage digital and IT projects, communicating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth completion of projects;

        管理数字和IT项目,与内部团队及外部合作伙伴密切沟通,确保项目按时完成;

  1. Continuously optimize various financial management systems including Tax Affairs, achieving scientization and standardization, and strictly implement financial management systems and operating procedures, securing the safety of funds against various risks.

        持续优化各项财务管理制度,做好税收优化工作,使财务管理实现科学化、规范化并严格执行财务管理制度和操作流程,保证资金安全,防范各种风险;

  1. Manage the database of sales, profits, costs, etc.;

       管理销售,利润,成本等数据库;

  1. Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices and other sales-related documents;

        准备报价单,合同,发票等销售相关的文件;

  1. Occasional travel domestically or abroad

        需要偶尔出差(国内及海外)

 

 

Requirements / 岗位要求:

  1. At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, experience in foreign companies is preferred;

        最少一年B2B销售经验,有外企工作经验加分;

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher;

        本科及以上学历;

  1. Basic knowledge and experiences in relation to IT, website design & production, digital marketing and new media;

        有基本的IT,网站设计制作,数字营销,新媒体相关知识和经验;

  1. Capability of working in English environment;

        能适应英语工作环境;

  1. Being proactive, willing to communicate with people, responsible, willing to learn and able to complete sales tasks independently;

        积极主动,乐于与人沟通,有责任心,愿意学习,能够独立完成销售任务;

  1. Experience in fulfilling marketing needs of outbound clients;

        服务过出海客户的营销需求;

  1. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media (especially overseas social media);

        对数字化营销有认知,了解社交媒体(尤其是海外社交媒体)

  1. Experience in Digital Marketing Business Development Executive is preferred

        有数字化营销业务开发执行岗位经验者加分
