职责描述 Responsibilities:
1. 通过不同渠道发展新客户,拓展公司业务,提高业绩
Develop new clients through diverse channels to expand company business and enhance performance.
2. 维护与现有客户的合作和关系,发现他们的新需求
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify their emerging needs.
3. 进行市场和行业趋势的调查分析,准备销售展示材料(PPT,公司手册等)
Conduct market and industry trend analysis; prepare sales presentations (PPT, company brochures, etc.).
4. 管理数字和IT项目,与内部团队及外部合作伙伴密切沟通,确保项目按时完成
Manage digital and IT projects, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
5. 管理销售,利润,成本等数据库
Maintain databases for sales, profits, costs, and other key metrics.
6. 准备报价单,合同,发票等销售相关的文件
Prepare sales-related documents including quotations, contracts, and invoices.
7. 需要偶尔出差(国内及海外)
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
任职要求 Requirements:
1. 最少一年B2B销售经验,有外企工作经验加分
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience; multinational company experience preferred.
2. 本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3. 有基本的IT,网站设计制作,数字营销,新媒体相关知识和经验
Foundational knowledge and experience in IT, web design/production, digital marketing, and new media.
4. 能适应英语工作环境
Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
5. 积极主动,乐于与人沟通,有责任心,愿意学习,能够独立完成销售任务
Proactive, strong interpersonal skills, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of independently executing sales tasks.
6. 服务过本土客户的国际化营销需求
Experience of addressing international marketing needs of local clients.
7. 对数字化营销有认知,了解社交媒体(尤其是海外社交媒体)
Understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms (especially overseas platforms).
8. 有Digital Marketing Business Development Executive经验加分
Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Business Development Executive is a plus.
